Thursday Afternoon Film Series - Treasure of the Sierra Madre January 11, 2007

January is "Manly Men Month" as the Thursday Afternoon Film Series spotlights movies featuring manly men, doing manly things, in a manly manner! (Warning: Girly-men should not attend these films.) The movies will be screened at 2 p.m. every Thursday throughout the month, except for a special Tuesday screening on January 23. The films are free of charge and tickets or reservations are not required. Call the Adult Services Department at (757) 259-4050 for more information.

Three desperate men (Humphrey Bogart, Walter Huston, Tim Holt) band together to search for treasure in the Sierra Madre mountains. They succeed in finding gold but may not be able to keep it as greed, fear and paranoia tear the distrustful trio apart.
