Thursday Afternoon Film Series - China Seas January 18, 2007

January is "Manly Men Month" as the Thursday Afternoon Film Series spotlights movies featuring manly men, doing manly things, in a manly manner! (Warning: Girly-men should not attend these films.) The movies will be screened at 2 p.m. every Thursday throughout the month, except for a special Tuesday screening on January 23. The films are free of charge and tickets or reservations are not required. Call the Adult Services Department at (757) 259-4050 for more information.

A boat trip to Singapore proves eventful for Captain Gaskell (Clark Gable) when his third mate is accused of cowardice, a typhoon strikes, and Malay pirates take over the ship looking for a hidden cache of gold.
