After celebrating its 5th year as one of London’s most loved venues, Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes is launching the next big thing on the clubbing scene.
Anyone who has visited this unique venue over the years on a Saturday night has probably stumbled across London’s biggest retro night. With music spun on rare vinals from the 40s and 50s, clubbers dressed up as pink ladies and dancing a plenty!
This night has recently come to an end – but fear not! Bloomsbury is back with DJs old and new for audio and dancing pleasure.
And not only can you be sent back to the 1950’s in the main part of the venue, but next door, in the plush Kingpin Suite, you will be able to enjoy your favourite anthems from the 60’s 70’s 80’s and 90’s! “Not a single song past 1999!” we are told, is part of Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes new night ‘Throwback’.
So with 2 floors with more music than you can shake a pin at, 5 private hire karaoke rooms, 3 bars and a small cinema, it seems the only place to be seen on a Saturday night is ‘Throwback’
