Please join the Moraga Junior Women's Club (MJWC) for the 8th annual Moraga Junior's Garden Tour. This self-guided tour showcases six captivating gardens in the Lamorinda area that will inspire you, as well as, allow you to support a local, deserving cause.

This year's event includes six wonderful gardens in Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda which feature amazing garden elements, outdoor kitchens, stunning water features, unique recreation and play areas and even a garden with a pond and a beach!

Tickets are $30 and go on sale March 15th. Gourmet lunch boxes are also available and may be pre-ordered for $10 each.

You can purchase tickets from MJWC members, online at www.moragajuniors.org, or at the following locations: Across The Way in Moraga (cash or check only), McDonnell Nursery in Orinda and Orchard Nursery in Lafayette.

All proceeds are going to benefit STAND! For Families Free of Violence in Contra Costa County, www.standfffov.org. As the only comprehensive family violence prevention agency in Contra Costa County, STAND! assists more than 11,000 clients annually by providing comprehensive prevention, intervention, and treatment services to end the cycle of violence and child abuse. The funds raised by MJWC in 2012 will go directly to support the onsite emergency shelter Therapeutic Child Care (TCC) program. The TCC program helps children heal from trauma and develop social and academic skills needed for success. This year MJWC has set a fundraising goal of $20,000.
