Rock into spring this Thursday, March 24 at 7:30 p.m. with Three Aces monthly Rock ‘n’ Roll Birthday Dinner. This month’s rock icons include Angus Young, Eric Clapton, Lou Reed, and Billy Gibbons, with each course inspired by these legends. For $40 per person, diners will enjoy a delectable menu featuring beef and cheddar soup (celery leaves, chili oil, pretzel crouton), quail legs (maple-pomegranate glaze, parsley, confit bread pudding), milk braised pork (buttermilk spaetzle, creamed rapini, saba), a rockin’ birthday cake to be shared by all, and two craft cocktails.
