The 2nd Annual Seven Angels Theatre and the Palace Theater Community Summer Stock Collaborative, "Thoroughly Modern Millie" brings a community cast of all ages to the Palace stage. Based on the 1967 film of the same name, this Tony Award-winning musical tells the story of small-town girl Millie Dillmount, who comes to New York City to marry for money instead of love – a thoroughly modern aim in 1922 – at a time when women were entering the workforce and the rules of love and social behavior were changing forever.
