On June 10th 2011, historian Dawn Roe will present "The life of Thomas Newberry Rooker" foreman of the composition room at Horace Greeley's New York Tribune; his connection to Sallie Holley, the Anti-slavery movement, his relationship with Ezra Cornell of Cornell University and their meeting of Emily Howland on a steamboat ride on Cayuga Lake.
