This Pizza Sucks and so does the owners attitude February 27, 2010

NO STARS. I ordered a Ranchero Steak because the girl who answered said it was their best seller. When it arrived cold the three of us took a slice and immediately agreed that it was the worst pizza we had ever tasted. Tasted like Lard and actually greasy. I called and spoke to the owner who told me that we had lousy taste and everyone like it but me and my company. I was not going to ask for a refund until he told me that he made it and it was "perfect" as he always makes it. I then asked for a refund and he said that he does not have a driver that can come back anytime soon. I told him that I would be there all night and he could have the remainder of his pizza back that we could not eat it. In fact it almost made me gag from the horrible tast. His attitude as an owner should have been to at least replace it if not refund my money. Would his attitude have been different if we were in the restaurant eating before we paid or would he still act like an unprofessional ass, and lose business over a $15 pizza. As a business owner myself I know what I would have done and my product is several hundred times more expensive. I give refunds to unhappy customers. He not only will lose my business but I will continue to leave bad reviews on his attitude, food and service on every site that I can find with their name on it.
