This Land is your Land-A Tribute to the life of Woody Guthrie by Country Joe McDonald April 9, 2009

Paul Emery Productions and the Foothill Theatre Company will be holding a nostalgic tribute to Woody Guthrie on April 9, show starts at 7:30 p.m. Country Joe McDonald (formerly of the 60’s socially conscious rock band Country Joe and the Fish) will be performing at the Nevada Theatre and the show will be from his recently released a two-disc C.D. set A Tribute to Woody Guthrie. The show will include songs by Guthrie and others, readings from Guthrie’s writings and Joe’s reminiscences of his own family.
