7 pm: Panel Discussion: The Evidence of Fragments
A panel of experts discuss the importance of fragments in conjunction with the recent reconstruction of Veronese’s Petrobelli Altarpiece. Moderated by Kurt Heinzelman, the Blanton’s interim director of Academic and Public Programs, panelists include: Jonathan Bober, the Blanton’s curator of prints, drawings, and European paintings; David Armstrong, leading authority on Latin and Hellenistic poetry and Professor Emeritus in Classics; Enrique Rodriguez-Alegria, assistant professor in anthropology, and Dr. Marjorie Woods, associate professor of English.

7 pm: Book Club, Sandition: Jane Austen’s Unifinished Masterpiece completed by Jane Austen and Juliette Shapiro

7:30 pm: Art Brief Tour, Paolo Veronese: The Petrobelli Altarpiece
