Toronto's "Best Movement Based Theatre Company" (NOW Magazine, 2006) Theatre Rusticle returns to the Studio Theatre with a poetically poignant punch to the stomach in honour of the 95th Anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. Set on an iceberg in our collective memories, April 14, 1912 brings together three spirits in a dreamy collision of what happened the night the great ship sank off the coast of Halifax.

An award-winning ensemble embarks on an expressionistic, ghostly journey, weaving together eye-witness accounts, lighting and installation with Theatre Rusticle's celebrated and inimitable physical style. April 14, 1912 is inspired by the story of a young Marconi officer who survived the wreck on an upside-down lifeboat. It honours memory and asks us not to forget our folly, our courage or our belief.
