The YES! Lab's Beginning Workshop: "Crash Course, Part One"

Working specifically with the principle of YES!, students will learn the foundation of Chicago-style improv in this fun and challenging eight-week class. Classes will begin with short-form games and skill-building exercises designed to help students let go of mental conditioning that keeps them from being in this moment. The goal of Crash Course, Part One is to introduce students to group play and games that set their improv brain’s playfulness free within a group so that they may become comfortable being themselves onstage.

When: Saturdays, October 8th-December 10th, 12:30-3:00 p.m.

(Potentially no workshop either 11/5, 11/12 or 11/19, for sure NO WORKSHOP November 26 because of Thanksgiving weekend.)

Where: The Improv, 8246 E. 49th Avenue, #1400, Denver, CO 80238

Cost: $200 (Cash, Check or PayPal)

NOTE: The reason for the potential of there being no workshop on one of the first three weekends in November is because we are waiting to hear back from a Vantage Point Instructor who is to teach one of those weekends.
