The When It's One of Your Own Foundation:
As a result of a near-fatal automobile accident 2 years ago involving one of its young firefighters, Rockland County's Hillcrest Fire Company #1 felt inspired to organize a foundation that can lend a helping hand to firefighters and firefighter families in the tri-state area who may be in financial need as a result of medical or personal issues.
