Our new series presents the works of award-winning young American composer Trevor Weston. Joined by the Congressional Chorus and soprano Julieanne Klein, the program includes an eclectic program of works for chamber chorus, solo cello, chamber instrumental ensemble and interspersed with commentary by the composer and Music Director Julian Wachner. Featured works include the extremely moving Ashes for antiphonal choruses, a work commissioned to commemorate the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
