Dear Colleauge,

On behalf of Hungarian Association of Spokespersons (MSZE) we wish to extend a cordial invitation to you to participate in the traditional meeting of spokespersons from Central Europe.

The 3rd Conference of Spokespersons from Central European countries is going to be held on 15-16 October, 2009 in Budapest. The conference under the title The Voice of Central Europe (VCE 2009) is hosted by Hungarian Association of Spokespersons.

Besides providing a forum for the meeting of the representatives of the profession from the whole region, the conference intends to answer the main questions relating to the position of spokespersons within organizations and companies and to define their position in their relationship to the media and the public.

The key topics of the conference are planned to include the following:

    the role of the spokesperson in various organizations (government/state/civil service, business sector, non-profit organisations);
