The Vivaldi Project, a premier period instrument music ensemble, will present a concert, Conversations Among Friends, at the National Presbyterian Church on Sunday, November 13, at 4:00 p.m. Conversations Among Friends will feature trio sonatas for two violins and continuo by Vivaldi, Corelli, C.P.E. Bach, and Handel. The Vivaldi Project, founded by baroque violinist Elizabeth Field in 2006, specializes in historically informed performances of the 17th and 18th century string repertoire. Field will be joined during the concert on November 13 by Allison Edberg (violin), Stephanie Vial (cello), Billy Simms (therobo and guitar), and Henry Lebedinsky (harpsichord).
