Boston rock band THE VITAL MIGHT continues to churn out hard-hitting music that doesn't shy away from mixing pop rock with metal, funk with prog, and good old fashioned songwriting with psychedelic breaks.
"Red Planet" is the band's 2nd full length release and takes them into new territories of songwriting, lyrical content, and hopeful moods. Tripped-out song breaks, uplifting words of regret and rebirth, and harder hitting rockers highlight "Red Planet". A celestial story of love, loss, and heroism weaves through the album's thunderous beats, echoing guitars, and soaring vocals.
"Red Planet" features new bassman Rick Gauthier taking the low end helm. Casey Desmond lends vocals on a track along with Said Visitor's Doug Arsham on a couple others. Gang vocal help from Nate Nunley, Jennifer Simckowitz, and Courtney Caggiano
