Bad Art for Bad People will be starting the 2008 season with a solo show from its creator and organizer, Bob White. This event will be hosted at The Continental Club, Denver's newest bar, located on 5th and Santa Fe in the heart of the Santa Fe Art District. The Continental Club features Denver's premier drink-slingers, an eclectic selection of tunes on the jukebox, stiff-as-fuck drinks, and an unpretentious ambiance. This will be the first of three events scheduled at the Continental this year.
A broad selection of Bob Whites artwork will be on display and available for purchase. Additional entertainment will be provided by The Amazing Ralph Gean. Ralph's been writing, performing and recording his own music pretty much non-stop since the mid 1950s, and began his career opening arena shows alongside the big names of the day. DJ Frank Bell will also spin an amazing mix of weird music. Drink specials will include $1 PBRs and $3 Tiki drinks.

Bio/Statement
This all happened by accident. Ten years ago. In 1998, I started an online vinyl and CD business. In the process I taught myself web and graphic design. Within a year, I was approached to do advertising for small businesses. When public interest in vinyl continued to fade, starting my own design company was a natural step. After snapping and editing pictures over the past few years, I found that I have an array of interesting photos that just don't fit the conservative world of advertising. So here I am. Fine art photography (if you would call it that?) Neglected treasures found in travels and everyday life are my inspiration. Some experiences are best caught on film, since it is not always possible for others to experience them first hand. Places such as; Atlanta's Clermont Lounge, The Saturn Bar in New Orleans and The Mus
