The Vine Deloria, Jr. Native Writers Series: Drew Hayden Taylor February 12, 2009

Discussion and book signing. First Nations author Drew Hayden Taylor (Ojibway) will be speaking about his anthology, Me Sexy: An Exploration of Native Sex and Sexuality, in the Mitsitam Native Foods Cafe. This adult-themed talk will make everyone laugh, blush, and get ready for Valentine’s Day. A self-described “contemporary storyteller,” Taylor has written 20 books, including the Funny, You Don’t Look Like One series about issues affecting Canada’s First Nations. The museum’s Mitsitam Native Foods Café will offer special beverages and desserts for purchase.
