Dottie Lowe of Paper Hanging By Dottie will present a workshop that will include the tips and tricks of hanging wallpaper, including the following topics: project definition, selection (available types), how to measure, wall preparation, tools, installation, and maintenance. Registration is required for this workshop, which will be held in the Library’s Exhibit Room (185 Court Street, Binghamton).
