Young Treasury Agent Elliot Ness arrives in Chicago determined to take down Al Capone and quickly faces difficulties due to Capone’s infiltration of the Police force. When Ness meets Jimmy Malone, a veteran patrolman and probably the most honourable cop in the force, he enlists him to help him get Capone—even after Malone warns him that if he goes after Capone, he is going to war. They recruit academy cadet, George Stone and Treasury agent Oscar Wallace, who wants to go after Capone for tax evasion. When they make headway, Capone tries to get them but this team is untouchable. Starring Kevin Costner, Robert De Niro, Andy Garcia and Sean Connery, who won an Academy Award® for Best Supporting Actor for his performance as Jimmy Malone.
