National Homeless Pets Day is quickly approaching, and The Temple Bar (3001 N. Ashland) is partnering with Chicago’s leading animal rescue, New Leash on Life (NLOL) for this special day. The Temple Bar’s dog friendly patio makes the perfect setting for this adoption drive dedicated to raising awareness of the pet overpopulation epidemic. All dogs that attend this adoption drive will receive a swag bag of doggy treats; there will also be a chance to purchaseNLOL gear with all proceeds going to the organization.
