For all intents and purposes, Steely Dan is Walter Becker and Donald Fagen. Although various other members have come and gone over the years, the duo has remained the backbone and driving force of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees and Grammy-winning band. Impossible to pigeonhole into one particular genre or classification, Steely Dan has covered rock, pop, jazz, swing, R&B and blues, embracing their eccentricities and blending a sophisticated sound with a dark sense of humor.
