The highly anticipated follow-up to last fall's successful uTOpia: Towards a New Toronto, The State of the Arts explores the Toronto arts scene from every angle. The State of the Arts will launch on Sunday, November 26, at The Gladstone Hotel. The all-day party will run from 2:00 in the afternoon to the late evening, with panel discussions, activities and great musical acts in the evening. Mark your calendars now.
