The Spirit of Kwanzaa December 31, 2006

Throughout the weeklong event, the museum and community collaborators will present entertainment, workshops and activities for the entire community. Each day will feature one of the seven principles of Kwanzaa: Umoja (Unity), Kujichagulia (Self Determination), Ujima (Collective Work & Responsibility), Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics), Nia (Purpose), Kuumba (Creativity) and Imani (Faith).
