Presentation by Dr. Angotti, Professor of Urban Affairs & Planning at Hunter College, director of the Hunter College Center for Community Planning & Development, and part of the team of expert consultants for the Council of Brooklyn Neighborhoods, (CBN). Dr. Angotti will be reviewing the content of the DEIS with visuals. This will help the community understand some of the impacts as reported by the Ratner team.
