About The Stockyards Restaurant
The Stockyards Restaurant and 1889 Saloon is well known throughout the desert for its historical class and four-star rated steakhouse. Built in the 1940s this awesome landmark has recently been added to the City of Phoenix’s Historical Registrar for both its central role in Arizona’s cattle industry and its relevant architectural style. In March 2005, Stockyards and 1889 Saloon were reopened after a massive restoration, from which the owners have managed to maintain the old west comfort and charm, while regaining a foothold as one of Phoenix’s favorite steakhouses.
