The Social Media & Marketing Expo / Mixer March 12, 2012

Most small businesses and entrepreneurs struggle to use social media and marketing effectively. If not, this is probably your specialism and you should take an exhibitor table so that our members can think about working with you! Come and investigate the specialist help that is out there while mixing and networking with other members.

Our events are partially structured, so you get no more than about 10 minutes to chat with someone at a time. We then spotlight one of our exhibitors, and then encourage everyone to mix it up again and speak to somebody else. We make it easy to network effectively, and our exhibitors all provide something of great value to our members - such as special deals and free prize draws. Bring plenty of business cards!

Where? Sydney CBD: La Cantina, 321 Kent St (near Officeworks and Wynyard Station)

When? Tuesday 13th March 2012, 5.30pm – 7.30pm

How much? $10 cover charge at the door if you have RSVP’d (registration link below), or $20 for guests / if you haven’t RSVP’d.
What happens? Circulate around the exhibitors and their tables – they may have something that will help your business, and/or chat with any other members in the room. Every 10 minutes or so we break things up with a spotlight on different exhibitors, or with a networking tip, so that you don’t get stuck talking to just one person all evening! These interruptions encourage everyone to mix and move on.

What else? Canapes provided, buy your own drinks at the counter
