Join Jim Byers, radio personality from WPFW 89.3 FM’s Latin Flavor, as he hosts a discussion with Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmaker Mimi Machado-Luces. Based in the D.C. metro area, Luces talks about and shares excerpts from her latest film La Vida En Black. The band Chopteeth Afro-Funk performs in the second hour.
