The Shots is a four piece ensemble featuring Barry Mullis, Priscilla Boyle, Alison Bailey Streich and Aaron Balano. In their music you'll hear traditional influences of Ireland and Scotland, the New World influences of bluegrass, old-time and cajun music and the more contemporary songs of The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Elvis, Bob Dylan, Hank Williams and Nancy Sinatra. Also included in their repertoire is a smattering of show tunes from Johnny Mercer, Irving Berlin and Gus Kahn. Kate Starr was chosen from over 2,000 bands to be in the top four as a finalist in Lollapalooza's Last Band Standing Competition. The Minor White is a Northeastern Pennsylvania band with a sound influenced by Wilco, Elliott Smith, The Beatles, Radiohead and Bob Dylan and others. Missing Palmer West is a five-member indie pop act based in Philadelphia.
