Danny DeLaMatyr, Luke Adams and Bill Shupp formed the Shears in Los Angeles in 2003. Their sound, which they perfected on their debut album 'Goodbye World,' is like a Beatles-esque power pop with hooks, catchy melodies and clever arrangments.
