The Rock N Fashion Show hits the runway in Lincoln!

Get ready Lincoln! The Rock N Fashion Show (www.myspace.com/rock_n_fashion) is stopping off to showcase all the talent that Lincoln, Nebraska has to offer in one amazing event! Clay Perkins (producer of The Rock N Fashion Show) along with Joshua Ferdinand (Joshua Ferdinand Photography) and Christian Micheal will be putting on this spectacular showcase. The show is an upbeat high energy fashion show that marries local designers, models, bands and hair/makeup artists into one amazing event! The Rock N Fashion Show will be held at Rococo Theatre (128 N 13th St # 208, Lincoln, NE 68508, 402-476-6540) on Friday, March 27th, 2009. This event is being sponsored by State Farm.

The show will consist of all local artists that include performances by Somasphere, Anchondo, and Orion Walsh along with local designers/boutiques Tsuru, Stella, The Black Market, Aorta, Erica White and Robot Luv. Tangerine Salon will provide hair styling for women and men. Makeup will be done by several local freelance artists. After the main show, there will be DJ’s performing while everyone has a chance to network and mingle with the people involved with the show. State Farm will be providing interactive opportunities for the crowd during the event.

"The response for the first three shows was so overwhelming that we can’t help but continue and expand," Perkins said, "Thanks to State Farm, we can continue to grow bring this show to Lincoln. Our goal is to give these artists the chance to show the local community what they can do. We hope that this show becomes a staple in Lincoln for years to come!"

The fashion show will consist of clothing along for both men and women. Doors will open at 7:00 PM with the first show beginning at 8:00 PM. Tickets will cost $10.00 for general admission. They will be available at Lisa Sterling State Farm Agency and The Public Shoe Store. They will also be available at the venue the night of the show.
