The Rescue of Joseph Kony's Child Soldiers April 25, 2009

Be a part of this extraordinary and momentous event in history!

WHAT: A universal march and gathering held in 100(+) cities around the globe (one being SF)

WHY: To end a 23-year long war in Africa (Uganda, The Congo, Sudan and Central African Republic) and free the abducted child soldiers that make up 90% of the rebel army (LRA)

WHEN: Saturday April 25th 2009; 3:00 pm until however long you can stay (goes on 'til Sunday April 26th or until "the abducted" are "rescued")

WHERE: East Beach, The Presidio, San Francisco, CA (meet at Maritime National Historic Park at 3:00)

WHO: Anyone who wants to go! (around 2,000 people in San Francisco Bay Area signed up and 60,000 people around the world including celebrities like Kirsten Dunst, Kristen Bell, Joel Madden, Fallout Boy, Switchfoot, The Almost and others!)
