Environmentalist and I will focus on the evolution of food production in America and the challenges most of us face in finding healthy and sustainable food to eat.
We will talk about recent initiatives in New York to change our food system, and why these have only had some success. The talk will include fun tidbits about our eating habits and culinary predilections.
