Welcome to our new community wellness program, Santa Clara Meditation Series. Each session we meet to experience breathing techniques and guided meditation. The session is open to all and requires no prior experience.
What is Meditation ?
Settling the surface mind is meditation. Living in the present is
meditation. Relaxing deeply is meditation. Meditation is that space
when the thoughts have subsided, and the mind is in complete rest.
Why should we meditate ?
Regular practice of Meditation helps with :

This Week:
Hari Om meditation
'Hari' means ‘the remover’. When one remembers His name and then repeats it, sins, karmas and bad astrological effects are steadily erased. Pain and suffering are removed. ‘Om’ is the primordial cosmic vibration from which sprang the entire cosmos and all creation. The most famous mantra is ‘Hari Om’. This mantra contains within itself the cosmic vibration. Through Hari Om meditation, prana moves from one energy center to the other.
