The Philosopher's Wife, New Play Reading April 22, 2012

Nightwood Theatre is pleased to present a staged reading of The Philosopher’s Wife, a new play by this year’s Write from the Hip playwright, Susanna Fournier. Join us at 2:00pm on Sunday, April 22nd as actors Kelli Fox, Chala Hunter, and Gord Rand take us into the world of the Philosopher and the dog trainer he hires to rehabilitate his aggressive, volatile, and animalistic wife. The Philosopher’s Wife is an insightful look at the impact of imperialism on society and its colonizing effect on the individual body and mind.
