Downtown Home & Garden owner Mark Hodesh founded the Fleetwood Diner in 1972, where he cooked 500,000 eggs over the course of three years. Today, he will teach you how to cook the perfect egg. The demonstration will include over-easy, straight up, scrambled, soft boiled, poached and omelets. All performed on his beloved 1935 Magic Chef stove right here at the store. This spectacle is free and open to the public.
