The Perfect Egg with Chef Mark Hodesh February 12, 2011

Downtown Home & Garden owner Mark Hodesh founded the Fleetwood Diner in 1972, where he cooked 500,000 eggs over the course of three years. Today, he will teach you how to fry the perfect egg. The demonstration will include over-easy, straight up, scrambled and poached, all performed on his beloved 1935 Magic Chef stove right here at the store.
