The Pack A.D. is a blues/rock duo from Vancouver, Canada. Formed in 2006 The Pack A.D. consists of singer/songwriter/guitarist Becky Black and drummer/songwriter Maya Miller.
Notable themes and other influences consist of cowboys, bandits, coffee, smoky bars, The American Civil War, snow, and Cold Mountain among others.[4][5]

The guitar/drums blues duo has been compared to the likes of The White Stripes, The Kills, and The Black Keys. Notable similarities include choice of instruments and similarity in styles of music. The Pack A.D. has embraced the blues/rock tradition of often using a combination of rhythm and lead guitar with a steady drum beat. However the motifs of The Pack A.D. are unique; a soft side compared with the hard rockers of the early 2000s.
