What Exactly Is The Outdoor Conditioning Series?
The Outdoor Conditioning Series is a high intensity results oriented fitness program that runs for six consecutive weeks. The program is conducted in an outdoor environment utilizing the world?s greatest gym?your body! Each workout lasts one hour and develops functional conditioning. Functional conditioning will help you not only improve your athletic performance in all your favorite sports and activities, but also to look and to feel better. We will be focusing and movements that will increase your metabolism, re-educate your body to better posture, better stability at the core outward, increased strength and agility, and overall improvement in primal movement patterns! Each session trains the entire body head to toe. It will be fun, educational and a challenge!
What Kind Of Results Can I Expect?
The results that you will see include increased strength, flexibility, agility and endurance. New students can expect to see at least a 15-20% improvement in all these areas following the first six weeks session. You'll also experience visible improvement in overall body composition including decreased body fat and increased muscular definition. Subjective things like increased mental toughness, energy levels, improved sleep and reduced joint stiffness are also reported. Many of our students are surprised that they feel so much improvement after only six weeks.
Do I Need To Get In Shape Before I Try This Class?
Absolutely not. We have students of all shapes sizes and fitness levels in the same classes. You are pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness not the person next to you. We scale load and intensity, not programs. Give your best effort during each and every class, the results you see and feel will amaze you!
What Attire Should I Wear?
Comfortable workout gear and comfortable running/cross training shoes. Also bring a bottle or two of water.
