The Oakland Poetry Slam: Battle Of The Ages! May 28, 2009

For the last 3 years The Oakland Poetry Slam has been thrilled to host a one of a kind competition featuring teams representing youth, collegiate and adult scenes on the same stage. This year we've invited both local youth teams to warm up for Brave New Voices by sparring with team Oakland '09 as we ready ourselves for The National Poetry Slam and the UC Berkeley squad after they return from Collegiate Nationals.
