The Northfield Earth Day Contra Dance will feature the music of Contratopia
and will be led by nationally renowned dance "caller" and instructor, Frederick Park.

Admission is $5 per person ($20 family cap) and
free for Carleton and St. Olaf students with a valid college i.d.

No prior contra dance experience required; no dance partner necessary;
comfortable shoes recommended; festive (swing ready) attire is encouraged!

A free contra dance lesson from 7:00-7:30 p.m. will be led by
Frederick Park and is recommended for all participants.

This dance is sponsored by The Carleton Student Association in
partnership with The Northfield Contra Dance Association as a
part of Northfield's Earth Day observances on the weekend of
April 20-22, 2007.

The Earth Day Contra Dance follows on the widely acclamed Northfield Winter Stomp! (in February 2007).
