The New Minglewood Ramblers are a diverse group of musicians with one common goal: To have fun making music together. They just happen to make that music with a combination of Traditional Rock-n-Roll Instruments (Electric Guitar, Bass, & Drums) along with Electrified Bluegrass Instruments (Banjo & Mandolin). The Ramblers don't believe in boundaries in music...which is why they play music from a multitude of styles, but in a style all their own.
It isn't often you can hear the instantly recognizable sounds unique to the banjo picking out the intro to "Sweet Child of Mine". Seldom can you enjoy the sweet chuck of a mandolin while stomping your feet to Led Zeppelin's "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp". These traditionally bluegrass instruments blend harmoniously with interesting drum beats, spot-on guitar solos, and bass grooves to satisfy. With their unique arrangements and instrumentation, you'll find yourself enjoying songs you already love in a completely new way. Pepper in some traditional bluegrass tunes, and the New Minglewood Ramblers are sure to satisfy your musical appetite.
