The National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) presents "The Art and Practice of Mediation" August 18, 2009

Since 1983, the Training Institute of the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC)has provided exceptional mediation training using both theoretical principles and experiential techniques.

This intensive 32-hour skill building course teaches NCRC’s classic six-stage facilitative mediation process through a combination of lectures, simulations and participatory exercises. Mediation skills enhance effectiveness in dealing with a wide array of professional and personal challenges.
