The Music Group of Philadelphia presents "The Joys of Christmas" December 3, 2006

A concert of seasonal music for chorus, harp and organ.

Celebrate the season with joyful music for the holidays – glorious classical pieces by BACH and MOZART, and modern settings of traditional texts by MECHEM and PAULUS. The contemplative Evening Song of KODALY completes the program, which is followed by traditional carols with audience participation.

After the concert join the chorus and musicians for refreshments
