'The Mummy Paradox' questions and explores the nature of life and death; the magnitude of generations; the significance of ritual; and the notion of individual identity within the broader scope of the human condition. The sculpted clay mummy-like figures are housed primarily in reworked vintage printer trays and vary in size from intimate to colossal urging viewers to closely observe individual differences and patterns among the mummy forms while also taking in the beauty of the collective whole.
