The Modern Wind Symphony March 14, 2010

The Grand Street Community Band would like to invite you to join us for our March concert titled "The Modern Wind Symphony." We'll be performing several traditional compositions including works by Charles Rochester Young and James Barnes.

The performance will be held at the Grand Street Campus High School Auditorium at 850 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on Sunday, March 14th at 3pm. Take the L train to Grand Street. Free/$10 suggested donation. Website is www.grandstreetband.org

The Grand Street Community Band was founded in February 2008 with a goal to provide adult musicians with a venue to make music. We are an all-volunteer ensemble made up of individuals from all professions and walks of life. The band strives to perform quality literature at the highest level possible in order to provide our audiences with an opportunity to have an aesthetic experience. We aspire to bring the enjoyment of concert band to the community.
