The Matinee Idols is an indie rock band from Sacramento, CA. Unless you are familiar with popular American music from early 1900s jazz, 1930s waltzes, and 1960s AM radio gold, The Idols may sound otherworldly to you. This band is a mixture of our collective American musical history, crossing over decades and cultures to redefine what is musically relevant.
