Dante's journey out of Hell and Purgatory takes him through the nine spheres of Heaven, and we join him here as he ascends to the nine spheres of Heaven. _Paradise_ is a vivid exploration of wisdom, virtue and love. This course closely examines the ideas and themes contained in one of the greatest literary works of all time. We also examine the influence of this work on writers, artists and filmmakers of the modern age, including William Blake, TS Eliot, James Joyce, Salvador Dali and Jean Luc Godard.
