The Joyce Dutka Arts Foundation, Inc. is sponsoring an open juried visual arts competition with cash awards. Winners also achieve an exhibition on June 7, 2009, in a group show at the HOLLIS TAGGART GALLERIES at 958 Madison Avenue in NYC.
